  Can I pay my bill online?
The option to use online credit card payments is determined by the individual districts and Municipalities. If your district or Municipality allows credit card payments, when you look at your property information there will be a button at the bottom of the screen that says "Make Payment". Partial payments cannot be made using this method.
  My Taxes are to high or are incorrect, can you help me?
You need to call the Town, School Village or City to complain as we only host the data. We cannot forward complaints nor will we respond to them.
  My Municipality or School District does allow Credit Card payments but I do not see a Make Payment Button?
If your District or Municipality allows credit card payments, but you do not see a Make Payment button the most likely reason is that the collection periods have passed. Please contact the tax collector to find out where to make payment.
  My address/name is wrong
Please contact the Tax Collector if your information is incorrect
  Why is my School/Town/Village not listed?
If your School/Town/Village is not listed on our website they may not be one of our customers. If they are one of our customers, they do have the option to utilize our website. If you would like to see your town, school, or village listed with us please contact the tax collector and let them know how useful our website is!
  I don’t like my name on the site, can you remove it?
Individual records cannot be removed from the site. The Tax Collector may turn off the display of owner names at their discretion. If owner names are turned off, it is for the entire tax collection district, not for individual records.
  I’m missing exemptions (Star, veterans, ect) or need one, can you help me?
You will have to contact the Assessor to resolve any exemption issues.
  I need help with the site, who do I contact?

  The site shows me not paid, but I paid my bill to the county, can you fix that?
Payments made to the county are not reflected on this site.
  I didn't get a copy of my Tax Bill, can you send one to me?
Please contact the Tax Collector for a copy of your bill.
  I paid my bill today, but the payment is not showing online, why?
The Tax Collector updates the website. Please contact your Tax Collector if you want to see updated information on the Internet
  I need a refund or need to make a payment, what do I do?
Please contact your Tax Collector, we only host the data and cannot take payments or make refunds.
  When will the current Taxes be listed on this site? How often are they Updated?
